What is 121 coaching & how does it work?

  • To ensure success, the one-on-one business coaching process starts with an alignment session to get absolute clarity on where the company is now and where you want it to be. The outcome of that drives the coaching programme.
  • The first stage of one-on-one coaching process is normally around mastering time to enable the Owner/Directors to have time to work strategically on the business.
  • The second stage is normally to review/set an outline of the business plan and set goals. The goals are explored and your coach will also look at personal goals to ensure the motivation and focus is rounded. One-on-one coaching sessions are weekly or fortnightly and because you’re probably spending the bulk of your time working ‘IN the business’, the focus for these sessions is working ‘ON the business’.
  • Beyond that, it depends on the company and goals set at the alignment.

Your ‘Making a Real Difference’ programme is for those people who really want to kick their business along and achieve real goals for the year. Your business is probably already experiencing steady growth. You have some really solid ground-work in place and you and your Team might eventually make it happen anyway. You just know that working with me as your Personal and Business Coach would make a real difference to your lifestyle, the value and the position of your business in the marketplace. (This may be a prelude to your exit strategy!)

This programme is not for the faint hearted or the non-committed; it is for those business owners who are really willing to make a difference and are not afraid of taking on challenges. With the ‘Making a Real Difference’ programme, your personal and your business goals are combined.   • Up to eight hours strategy implementation and goal setting sessions, each month
  • Up to 2 hours business growth planning to develop a strategic comprehensive 5yr business plan
  • Unlimited contact with your coach
  • Unlimited critiquing, reviewing and developing print advertisements, brochures, sales aids, marketing, systems, logistics or team recruitment pieces;
  • Books and training materials;
  • All 90 day Power Planning Days included for 4 people
  • Up to 4 supplier / customer consultations
  • Up to 2 x ½-day workshops or training seminars during the programme for you and your whole team, on selling, team building, telemarketing or a custom content that you and I, as your Coach, would develop together;
  • A Personal Profile Analysis using the Thomas DiSC programme for the business owner and up to 6 other individuals within your organization completed at the same time as the Alignment Module plus up to 5 other team members or job applicants throughout the programme;

Your Licensed Business Coach is experienced in, and able to assist you with strategic design & material in the following areas:

  • Marketing/Advertising – Positioning your product or service, speaking to your target market, and creating marketing and advertising campaigns that deliver results utilising any of the following strategies: direct mail, newsletters, host beneficiary and strategic alliances, referral strategy, repeat business strategies, TV and radio, fliers, company brochures, business cards, stationary and image, turning quotes into action plans, networking;
  • Sales – Basic selling techniques, relationship building, using materials effectively in selling, developing sales processes, overcoming objections, and using sales scripts;
  • Strategic Planning – Identification of vision, values, and long-range plans to clarify where your business can and should go, understanding of the ‘SWOTs’ of your business, understanding the purpose of the business and how it connects with your personal goals;

The ‘Grow Your Business’ programme is designed for those businesses who are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months. You have some really good staff members in place but your business is struggling to reach it’s full potential.   • Up to 4 hours critiquing marketing, systems, logistics or team building pieces
  • All 90-Day Power Planning Days at 50% of normal cost
