Client satisfaction survey results – 2020

Don’t just take our word for it! Choosing a business growth specialist that is right for you can be difficult, but you can be assured that we take your satisfaction seriously – it’s a core part of the service we provide.

To make sure we remain the world’s number one business growth service provider, we carry out a client satisfaction survey each year to find out what’s working well and what we can improve to make our service even better.

In September 2020, 821 clients (that’s 472 more than last year), completed our Client Satisfaction Survey. This was conducted by independent research agency WorkBuzz. Below is all the findings and marketing material created from their feedback.

97% of clients would recommend ActionCOACH to a friend or business associate

94% of clients agree that ActionCOACH has a powerful suit of business solutions

97% of clients said their Action Coach makes a positive difference to their lives

93% of clients said ActionCOACH is worth the investment

7/10 clients agreed they had a better work:life balance within less than 12 months of coaching

90% of clients that have used ActionCOACH for 5 or more years agreed that they had a better work:life balance

97% of clients on the 1-2-1 coaching programme agreed they had a better work:life balance within 12 months of coaching

 

The survey has also provided stats to show the longer a client works with ActionCOACH the better their work:life balance gets:

65% of clients agreed they had a better work:life balance within less than 12 months of coaching

79% of clients agreed they had a better work:life balance when working with ActionCOACH for 1-2- years

86% of clients agreed they had a better work:life balance when working with ActionCOACH for 3-4 years

ActionCOACH achieved an amazing NPS score of 78. What does this mean? 

Based on global Net Promoter Score standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good.” The NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “world class.”  It’s a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of an organisations customer relationships. This identifies that our customers are more than satisfied with ActionCOACH and rated higher than AirBnB, Apple and Ritz Carlton.
