To make sure we remain the world’s number one business growth service provider, we carry out a client satisfaction survey each year to find out what’s working well and what we can improve to make our service even better.

In September 2022, 726 clients completed our Client Satisfaction Survey. This was conducted by independent research agency WorkBuzz.

Overall Headlines:

ActionCOACH achieved an amazing NPS score of 84. What does this mean? 

 

Based on global Net Promoter Score standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good.” The NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “world class.”  It’s a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of an organisations customer relationships. This identifies that our customers are more than satisfied with ActionCOACH and rated higher than AirBnB, Apple and Ritz Carlton.
